The inability of the law to produce that Christ required perfection in his saints.

Not only was the Levitical Priesthood incapable of producing the perfection which Jesus Christ demanded,the Law which came under that priesthood was also incapable of producing the required perfection which CHRIST demanded.

The Priesthood under which the law was given had to replaced by the Melchisedec Priesthood

The priesthood under which the law was given was incapable of producing the perfection which Christ demanded, so that priesthood had to be replaced by the Superior Melchisedec Priesthood.
